The Strawberry Peacock Cichlid (Aulonocara sp.) is a vibrant, freshwater fish known for its striking pink to reddish-pink coloration and sparkling scales. Originating from Lake Malawi in Africa, these fish are selectively bred for their unique color and are a popular choice for aquariums. They are generally peaceful but can be territorial, especially when breeding.

Social Group: 3-4 Females per Male Fish; larger aquariums and more hiding spaces required if housing more than one male.

Diet: Omnivorous; commercial flakes/pellets, blanched vegetables (zucchini, spinach), frozen brine shrimp/bloodworms, peas
