Siamese Algae Eaters (Crossocheilus siamensis) are popular freshwater aquarium fish known for their algae-eating abilities. They have a distinctive dark horizontal stripe running from snout to tail and a slender, elongated body. They are generally peaceful but can be territorial, especially when young, and are best kept in groups in larger tanks.
