About the Gold Three Spot Gourami
The Gold Three Spot Gourami, scientifically known as Trichopodus trichopterus, is a popular freshwater fish known for its vibrant gold-yellow coloration and peaceful nature, often chosen for community tanks. They are a domesticated strain of the Blue Gourami and are relatively easy to care for, making them a good choice for beginner aquarists, though they can be semi-aggressive.

Diet: Omnivores; This species will accept most types of commercial pellet/flakes, algae, frozen brine shrimp/bloodworms
Compatible with: Larger short-finned tetras, bristlenose pleco, zebra loaches, Corydoradinae.
