About the Taiwan Reef Cichlid
The Taiwan Reef Cichlid (Protomelas sp. "Steveni Taiwan") is a vibrant African cichlid from Lake Malawi, known for its striking coloration and peaceful nature. Males display a blue face, blue and gold body, white dorsal fin, blue caudal fin, and red anal fin, while females are silvery with faint black bars. They are relatively peaceful compared to other African cichlids and can grow to about 6 inches in length.
