Cryptocoryne lutea likes to stand up, as opposed to flopping over horizontally. Cryptocoryne lutea requires a bit more light than the typical Crypt. Depending on lighting, either the leaves will grow tall towards the light or more horizontal. Lutea can be propagated by uprooting the whole plant and plucking baby plants from the side of the main root.
