About the Acei Cichlid
The Acei Cichlid (Pseudotropheus sp. "acei") is a vibrant freshwater fish known for its slender blue body and bright yellow fins, especially its tail.
Originating from Lake Malawi in Africa, they are popular among aquarium enthusiasts for their relatively peaceful nature compared to other Mbuna cichlids.
They are also known for being mouthbrooders, with females holding the eggs in their mouths until they hatch and the fry become free-swimming.
